1. How does shipping work?

Hack My House partners with global merchants in order to provide you with the best prices and most unique products.

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, China and the United States. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please don't panic if it doesn't show up immediately, it's on it's way.

2. Where are you based?

We are happily based in North America.

3. What if I need to return something?

To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@hackmyhouse.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. See Returns for further details.

4. Can I return personalized or custom items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized or custom items as they are specially made for each customer. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
